Our employment mediation service is confidential and without prejudice

As a commercial mediator, it’s our role to reach an early lasing settlement so you can avoid the time and money that is caused when a dispute is moved to court proceedings.

We remain neutral throughout the mediation process and work to facilitate agreements and discussions between the parties. It’s not our role to make any determination of conflicting evidence, instead we are there to purely facilitate and put a structure in place to help both parties work towards a settlement.
